We collect your email address when you create an account. We collect usage data including number of humanizations and word counts. We do NOT store the text you submit - it is processed and immediately discarded.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your email is used for account communications including confirmation emails and payment receipts. Usage data is used to enforce plan limits. We do not sell your data to any third party.
3. Data Storage
Your account data is stored securely on Supabase servers in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) region, keeping your data within India. Payment data is handled by Razorpay. We do not store payment card details.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To delete your account, email saafaiwork@gmail.com. We will process within 7 business days.
6. Third Party Services
We use a premium AI provider for text processing, Razorpay for payments, Resend for emails, and Supabase for database and authentication.
